So here's the real scenario - it was launch day and we were scrambling to get an app live to support the new volume - we had experience with this app before and out of the box it works extremely well - today we had a hiccup that conflicted with our theme - Evelyn stepped in and immediately started to mitigate - she pulled in her dev team member Brian to help as well. Within about 20 minutes - not only did they resolve the issue but we were able to get the bundle we needed live. This is exactly how a company should run. I 100% recommend BOGOS App to any shopify store owner that is serious about their business. Thank you guys.
