ClickShip | Shipping Platform

To date, we have been impressed with our experience using Clickship. We’re pleased with the competitive rates and the excellent overall user experience. Pamela, our account representative, has been consistently responsive and helpful whenever we’ve reached out for assistance or guidance.

We had to find another solution for shipping due to the Canada Post strike and was recommended ClickShip from a good friend. We signed up right away and was nicely helped by James Lang on the ClickShip team who answered all our questions and got us shipping within the same day! It has been easy to use and having it be able to pull our orders from Shopify has been very helpful, still allowing us to maintain our streamlined processes without too many extra steps. Allowing to ship from multiple different providers has also allowed us to get the best price, we were pleasantly impressed by the shipping discount as well. Highly recommend, thanks!

The app works great and is very easy to use. It's nice to have so many carriers to choose from, saves so much time. Our account rep James Lang has been excellent to work with and is always available when we have questions or need assistance.

ClickShip works as expected. Decent rates and easy enough to use. We switched from ShipTime and have found that it has all the same functionality plus some. James Lang was great at explaining the features and following up promptly on any questions.

The back end is so easy to use and connected easily to the back end of our website. He has always been there there to help and has been efficient at helping us navigate through ongoing strikes and shipping issues - as we are a small business, this has been imperative.
