OVerall easy to use app and services, they have a hands on customer support team and work with you to customize your referral and loyalty programs.

We installed and evaluated the Friendbuy: Referrals & Loyalty app as part of our testing.

The app is free to install, which initially makes it appealing. However, the pricing model is not very suitable for smaller or locally focused businesses like ours, as charges apply later based on referral performance.

While the app appears to offer a solid set of features, the cost structure makes it less practical for stores operating on tighter budgets or looking for predictable pricing.

Due to this, we decided not to continue with the app and instead looked for alternatives that are more cost-effective for our scale.
