Really great app for cookie consent! Ermis (and the support team) were super quick and helpful in reviewing our settings to make sure they are GDPR compliant. Also making suggestions with guides on how to improve the overall settings even more. Can definitely recommend!

Hello Arnaud, thank you for your feedback. We always strive to go above and beyond, which is why our technical team spent several days diagnosing your store's mobile issue. As documented in our support chat, the conflict was explicitly caused by an external touch-event script inside your own theme (hand.min.js) that actively blocks normal web components.
Because we prioritize the security and stability of your store, we cannot rewrite or alter core code written by your theme's developers, as doing so risks breaking critical elements like your checkout. We always stand ready to assist when the issue is within our app's control, and we sincerely wish you the best with your store!
Pandectes is incredibly easy to use and set up even for someone without a technical background. What really stands out is their support team they’re always quick to respond and genuinely helpful with every question.
One of the best features is that you can customize the cookie banner using CSS, which is perfect for matching it to your store’s design. And even there, the support was more than happy to assist.
The app is easy to set up. When you are ready with setting up you can request a check up, if you are compliant. That is a great service. And if you have a problem: Konstantinos always has a solution and give's excellent support. For me the best cookie banner app.
Very flexible and powerful app. Data laws and cookie banners are complex of course, and they're still complex even with a good app. But the Pandectes support is where they shine. Lots of handholding. Lots of explaining. They take their time, so you get it right without losing your mind :)
Support (Konstantinos) war excellent! He helped me on the stop to properly deinstall my old GDPR App (which interfered with Pandectes) and additionally set up all the settings for my needs AND added some CSS Styling for me. So far, setup support was great, I'll update this review once I can say that it works accuartly.
Update: App works perfectly with Google Consent Mode and Support (Konstantinos + Natalie) were great and helped me all day to fix the issues we had! Thanks!

Switched from another plugin and super happy. The setup is as simple as possible even with a complex shop using GA, GTM and AdWords. The support is just superb. Conveniant In-App Chat-Window with immediate response and a clearly knowledgeable supporter.
