Merchants describe this as a reliable solution for GDPR and cookie-law compliance, including complex multi-market setups. They value support for Google Consent Mode v2 and accurate tracking only after consent. Setup is seen as straightforward, with a flexible, customizable, multi-language banner and custom blocking rules. Merchants highlight deep Shopify integration, reduced manual coding, and fast, hands-on support, and say the free plan is genuinely useful without pressure to upgrade.

Quite a lot of similar apps out there, but I went with Pandectes as they have the longest history and most comprehensive features. It wasn't too hard to set up, even going through every setting myself. I did have a few remaining questions which I asked in their live chat. Apparently they are 24/7, and I believe it as I had the same support member two day in a row - over Easter holidays! Marios was great walking me through the final questions and helping me track down a couple of issues in my store.
Konstantinos was very helpful in getting this setup
I absolutely love the app
Natalie was such an amazing help! i got stuck customising my pop up and she was able to customise everything to my brand colours.
Thank you Natalie!
Helped me set everything up, and enable Google Consent V2. Great App.
Ermis was very helpful in getting my store setup correctly
Fast and great support whenever you need it. Marios was great
Had a great experience. Konstantinos helped us resolve and troubleshoot technical issues so we could launch a new, fully compliant cookie banner. For a smaller business like us, Pandectes has been great. It's an easy way to build a compliant banner without requiring something extremely custom and heavy duty.
Ermis checked our store for compliance and was very helpful! He answered quickly and was very nice.
Konstantinos helped a lot and he was very patient an professional.
