The setup was pretty straightforward. We had few questions and the support team were quick to respond. We have been using it for a few months only and so far everything works well.
We've had this app for a while now but I needed to make some changes. I jumped onto Live chat and Christos was there to help. Have to say he made the whole experience seamless - patiently walking me through the various steps and politely suggesting further improvements that we could make. great experience with Ermis1
Our company has 5 websites in the US and we needed to set up compliance for GDPR and CCPA and to avoid some frivolous lawsuits. It took less than 10 minutes to set up and the interface has many customizable features. Also the app is reasonably priced for what it provides. Customer service from Ermis was excellent. He helped ensure the site was set up properly and had all the features we needed. Highly recommend.
So far so great with the Pandectes GDPR app! Seems to have all essential features for compliance. User-friendly and integrates with a bit of initial setup. Highly recommend for stress-free compliance. And thanks to Christos for his outstanding support!
