We'd like to clarify that our integration with the Pixel API is designed to utilize the consent event as intended by the platform. Any custom implementations built on top of that are beyond our responsibility and can sometimes lead to unexpected behavior.
We did our best to assist you, including following up multiple times for specific information needed to reproduce the issue. Unfortunately, without that information, we were unable to proceed further. We remain available and committed to helping all our merchants and ensuring their needs are met in a professional manner.

We have moved to Pandectes as we wanted a CMP which was built for Shopify and compatible with the Shopify Pixels implementation. The configuration is very easy and offers a wide range of possibilities, depending on the plan. You can be up and running in 20 minutes and customise the UI for your shop quite nicely. The Pandectes team with Panos and Christos is extremely helpful and always available, even when it becomes tricky with Shopify Pixels and Google Tag Manager. They have great insights into user acceptance, which allowed us to optimise the cookie banner. After testing it for 2 weeks, we're now rolling it out to our other shops. We made the right choice !
Support is what makes it. Marios answered in minutes while I was debugging why a third-party widget wouldn't load for visitors who declined cookies. His answer was essentially "that's not us, and no whitelist will fix it" — the honest answer rather than the convenient one. It stopped me from changing settings that would have broken my compliance. Thanks Marios.
