Pandectes GDPR Compliance

We have been using Pandectes GDPR Compliance for several years and have been super happy with the ease of use. We also have a tool that helps us stay compliant with GDPR compliance. We recently got offered a compliance check and we got some great suggestions from Konstantinos to make sure we meet all the regulations. He did a great job walking us through what we can adjust and also what to improve. Amazing support and a great team at Pandectes.

The service has been great and the setup videos are thorough. I did some troubleshooting with support and they were great at deducing what the issue was and we solved the problems. It had to do more with how we have things set as a company in GTM than with how the app works. Great job.

I was having a hard time with setting up my password protect page on Shopify - the default cookie banner doesn't work on that page! Never fear, Pandectes GDPR compliance app to the rescue!
I was able to install the app, customise it, display it very quickly!
Top tip - check the live version - the banner was not appearing in my shopify theme, but is there on the live version.
Natalie from their support team was super helpful - she was able to put my mind at ease and checked it for me. She also gave me the snipppet of code to place in the password.liquid file to get updates appearing there ({% render 'pandectes-rules' %} - pop it just under the tag. She even waited in the chat until I had the PDF uploaded - privacy policy page won't show when the site is password protected - and reminded me to change it when I go live :) Thanks, Natalie!

The best GDPR Compliance app we've used so far! It's very comprehensive with tons of features and customization options. It's the only GDPR app that is actually very easy to navigate and set up. I've only just set up the app after issues with not being able to track conversions using various other options. We are now seeing conversions again and the support from Christos was amazing, 3 hours on chat of going through and removing all the junk code a previous advertiser had left and making sure everything was compliant and running correctly. 10 stars

I just added the app on our shop. I was scrolling around to see its features, clicked by mistake on 'check compliance' thinking it would be a link to some compliance website.
Instead, it opened to the chat. Konstantinos checked the compliance for me, jumped in as collaborator to make the necessary adjustments and modified the banner for the best optimization.
What to say, I was expecting a couple of hours dealing with the setup, and now I can sip tea because it's all done. Shout-out to the great customer support!
