Great app, just what I was looking for!
This App is a perfect way to take the burden of developing and maintaining your html site map off your plate. It is very easy to use and the app support was extremely responsive and helpful. You can check out my sitemap here for reference; https://agnroots.com/tools/sitemap
Thanks for the great review Adam! Glad we were able to help you with your layout requirements.
Looks good, helps to keep it in check
It's for create sitemap but when you need "This app does not create an XML sitemap for your store. " For what use this APP ? For put basic sitemap in search console ? Thank you genious !
Thanks for your review, however, it seems that you may not have understood what our app does. Our SEO HTML Sitemap app generates an HTML sitemap. It does not generate an XML sitemap. There are some good options for XML Sitemaps in the app store. I hope you find one that suits your needs.
UPDATE: the devs sent me an email to help me remove the metafield but I don't want to give access to my code since all of this didn't look too "pro" to me. So they created a new function to delete metaobjects before to delete the app but I prefer to check all of this with my dev. since I use many metafieldds not related to this app and I want to make sure to don't mess them up.
CONCLUSION: The support try to be helpful but I believe that apps that deal with vital settings should be super tested and safe before to be launched and I didn't like the experience with this one. Maybe I am wrong but I am not going to be the beta tester this time-.
I uninstalled the app and there are a lot of left over around. This is not a good thing .
Caro Concetto e team,
Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this issue to our attention. Upon investigation following your comment, we have realized that metaobjects created by our app remained after uninstallation. This was an unintentional oversight on our part while rushing to deploy recent features, and we take full responsibility for it.
We want to assure you that our team is currently working on an update to address this issue as soon as possible. The upcoming update will ensure that all metaobjects created by our app are properly cleared upon uninstalling.
In the meantime, we will reach out to you through private channels to assist you in manually clearing these metaobjects and ensure your store is completely clean of any residual data from our app.
We greatly value your feedback and appreciate your patience as we work to improve our app. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to resolve this matter.
Best regards
Can't select free plan.
The entire app is completely useless, and support never responds. I paid for three months, and it was a total waste of money.
Dear Thorn & Feather team, our records do not show a support request from your store. We would be happy if you can kindly share with us your questions directly at support@sitemap-app.com
Dear User,
First of all please accept our apologies for not addressing your support request earlier as your emails were filtered out by spam filters.
As we have explained in a direct message, your problem seems to be from the use of some non-standard characters in your URLs that are not compatible with XML format.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and we hope you find the information we had shared privately to be helpful.
Kind regards
