Merchants say this app is very easy to set up and use, with a clean, reliable interface that works well for flash sales, limited-time offers, and creating urgency. They like the extensive customization (styles, layouts, placements, banners, pop-ups, multi-language) and how it fits Shopify themes like Dawn. Many call it the best free countdown solution they’ve tried, and repeatedly praise the fast, friendly, and helpful support.

I had an amazing experience with the support from Xenia and Georgia! They were both incredibly professional, attentive, and quick to address my issue. Not only was my problem resolved efficiently, but they also made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly stands out, and I felt valued as a client. It’s rare to come across such outstanding support, and I sincerely appreciate their effort and expertise.
