This is an exciting app at an amazing price point. I was able to easily provide my users functionality to look up their gift card balance. It made customers happy and internal teams happy. When reaching out with questions, Arthur provided prompt support, detailed answers and went above and beyond to assist in customizing. Thank you!

The level of customization is incredible, and the support / customer service is outstanding. The app is able to resolve a common concern that others have not been able to address properly, and if they do, they overcharge for it because it's bundle along with unnecessary features. From new shops to long-standing ones, installing this app is a no brainer.

Great app. Adding the functionality for our Customers to send a gift card to a friend or family as a gift directly. Something Shopify was missing.

Then regarding support.
We removed scheduling of the gift card and some other cosmetics.
Team was very helpful in changing that for us. Having some of those options as a setting would be great for future use.

Quick support. Super easy to set up. I would advise using this app over others because the support is quick to answer questions, the features are great, and the pricing is clear & honest.

I don't like how a lot of other apps charge you a monthly/annual rate + a gift card. Its kinda like getting punished for using the solution you paid for... I also really like that you can customize the gift card balance check page, something super lacking in other apps.

Gift Card Hero has given us just the features we were looking for on our stores. We now have the ability to offer customers the option to deliver a gift card email directly for who was intended to receive it. And now they can even schedule it so they never forget to wish someone a happy birthday or birthday. Not to forget mentioning, their Customer Service team is absolutely top shelf. They helped us adjust a few things within their app and had everything ready and set to go within a day.

We were searching for an add on to replace the woefully inadequate default gift card functionality; something to actually make the process of buying a gift card special for our customers and the people they are sending it to. It's hard to find such an addon that doesn't come bundled with loads of other expensive features around loyalty programmes and referrals - things we don't currently need. We tried several options but this one came out the clear winner. Better yet, the support team have been fantastic helping us troubleshoot a few setting-up queries and customization requests. Gift Card Hero really is the ultimate tool for smaller shops that need core gift card functionality at a fraction of the price of other gift card apps. We were ideally looking for a fixed price app that allowed us more functionality than the default Shopify solution. Support has been super responsive and has quickly implemented minor changes that we requested. The app installation went seamlessly and we were up and running quickly. It allows us to add a "send to recipient" option, check balances, update balances, integration with our POS system, scannable QR codes, and on and on. We highly recommend the Gift Card Hero app, it has dramatically improved our gift card process!

We looked for an app for gift cards that allows our customers to put in a message, a from line and send directly to their recipient - this does it all! Once installed we also wanted some slight changes and reached out the the developer. He responded SO FAST and made changes very quickly.
Most recently we needed to send gift cards to a large distribution list (800+ recipients in one order). The developer was once again quick to respond. He let us know that while the app currently does not allow for bulk sends it is a feature they are working on. He then offered to perform the bulk order for us, which worked great. He delivered timely communication and the whole process was seamless. The 800 gift cards were delivered on time and without a hitch. Very appreciative of his quick and efficient work! I would highly suggest using this app. It not only works but the developer has proven himself to always be available to help.
