Gift Card Pro is a cool feature because our clients have a fun way of sending their clients gift cards via email rather than just buying a boring gift card from our store and sharing the code.

This app is the answer to all of the shortcomings from Shopify native giftcard solution. Easily allows customers to customize their gift card and message to suit any occasion and most importantly allowing the card to be sent directly to the recipient. Tim and all the Gist team have been a extremely helpful as always getting us setup and customized to our needs

Tim and his team have a real winner with this app! The functionality and personalization are robust and customers shopping for gift cards have a way to send it DIRECTLY to the recipient! No more hoping the customer remembers to forward!

We installed this app to enable customers to purchase and send gift cards to recipient emails, and to schedule when they were delivered. We did not have the ability to do this on our Shopify store. I was under a deadline to get the app working so we could advertise gift cards in an SMS campaign the next day. Tim worked with me to address my issues, even going as far as hopping on a Zoom call to walk me through the configuration questions I had. Out of all the 3rd party apps we have installed on our store, Gift Card Pro definitely has the best customer service. It's so rare that I get a same-day response, let alone within minutes.

The app installed easily right out of the gate and provides a great gift card experience to our customers! Also, customer service has been great (thanks Tim)! We needed some customizations done, and Tim did them same day. He also made some suggestions on how to improve the flow, which I really appreciated!

The features that this app provides us should be provided by Shopify. I'm very unhappy that Shopify + members have to resort to an app for something so basic. But if you want your customers to send gift cards directly to recipients, Gift Cards Pro is the app that can make it happen!

This app has been so helpful on our site! We didn't offer online gift cards for a while because the built-in Shopify product just didn't make sense for customers. What an amazing app! Before, selling Gift Cards was very cumbersome for our customers. They had to purchase the card then email it to the recipient, not very "gifty". With Gift Card Pro our customers can choose the card that fits their occasion and style, pick the amount they feel comfortable with and it sends directly from our store. The best part is the gifter can record a video and really personalize the experience. The team at Gift Card Pro was so helpful in setting things up and making sure the app worked right. I highly recommend this app to everyone!

I installed this app on 3 websites to provide an elevated virtual gift card experience- schedule send, choose a gift card image, personal note, etc. I contacted support with a few configuration issues/questions and received super helpful hands-on support from Tim. He answered loads of questions and helped with some customizations to help make gift cards seamless with our theme and elevate the experience. We are very excited to launch this product and impressed by Tim's support!
