EG Auto Add to Cart Free Gift

I tried several different apps in order to offer a simple, free gift in the cart and found them all to be far too distracting in terms of front end design and a risky addition in a cart. I found EasyGift so simple to install and understand. It feels like a premium app that has been well thought through. Their support service is absolutely second to none! Very quick to add a code fix to our highly customised site. The only reason I gave this four stars instead of five, is because you can't combine discounts once you have an active rule running in the cart. As our store is a Shopify Plus store, I was able to add a cart script to get around this but for most that would not be an easy option. Would recommend.

EasyGift has been a huge benefit for our store. We have customized food products and need to use a variety of apps to create a viable customer experience. We’re seen good and bad, and the experience with EasyGift has exceeded expectation. We needed the ability to add products to cart using triggers at different cart values and for different products (ie fairly complex). We looked at many apps and EasyGift was the best. Not only is the tool super flexible and reliable, but the customer support is excellent. Nathan and team are very responsive. They have taken our feedback to create new features and improve their tools on a weekly basis. Its great to see this responsiveness and continuous improvement. Go with EasyGift… you wont be disappointed.

Just installed this app this week, and it's been epically helpful. We've been looking for a light app to auto-add products to the cart for promos, and have been really happy with the ease of setup & features. The auto-removal was a pleasant surprise, as it opens the door for tiered promos as well. Very cool.

We had some odd theme integration hiccups with installation, but Nathan, Stephanie & team were more than willing to have a look, and were extremely quick in finding a fix- even though they were initially unable to reproduce the issue on their end, which I know can make it really tough to troubleshoot. Issues were fully resolved within our 5-day trial period.

I fully recommend this app- there are none out there that I've found that do auto add to cart as seamlessly.

I have used this app to do gift with purchase on our store for marketing purposes, that is, buy x product variant and get x product free. It works well, and the EasyGift team were super helpful getting me set up and helping optimise the speed of the app. I would love if the free product could be hidden as I don't like that the customers can see the freebie (this is a product we wouldn't normally sell so having it in our product range is a bit annoying) and we have had a few issues with it not working for EVERYONE so it's not foolproof, but I literally spent three hours testing apps and this was the best by FAR. And as I mentioned, the support team are excellent. Would highly recommend. In general it helped us increase our revenue dramatically in a month so it's worth the little bit of hassle getting it set up. Thanks again to the EasyGift team for being so supportive and helpful.

A Nifty little app. As simple as it needs to be, using the native Shopify discounts. Lovely guys, very responsive and helpful!

I installed this app and had an issue But fortunately they got an amazing Support team , They helped a lot and fixed the issue asap , Thanks a lot

App did not work properly. Sometimes it added the item to cart with the trigger product, sometimes it just added the free item to the cart without a trigger product. Contacted support and never heard back.

You need to create discounts in Shopify. The application applies them automatically. It is not comfortable. For example, the buyer has a promo code for a 10% discount and he will not be able to receive a gift

I had been searching for a solution that would allow me to add free gifts at different tiers...and EasyGift lets me do it...and do it easily! Customers get notifications that free items have been added to their cart -- and more importantly, those gifts show up in the cart as free -- so there's no confusion about what they should expect to receive! I used this app specifically so that it would add a product and a discount to the cart for a send X get Y Free promotion. The app's description said that it would do this and had the features to do this, but never worked. When I contacted Customer support, I found them to be rude and unhelpful. I deleted the app after 2 days and would never recommend this app unless you're a competitor. of mine.
