I used this app for a few giveaways and seemed to have good results but I was frustrated with the lack of metrics provided, specifically I wanted to know how many unique email subscribers it was adding every month. I mentioned my frustration to them and within 2 hours they added this feature to app. Now that is customer service! Will definitely continue to use this app.

This app is extraordinarily functional and full featured. I'm not exactly a whizkid and needed some help. The customer support is incredibly fast, friendly and efficient! The App is very cool for sure and campaigns are easily modified. Now the support though is Phenomenal! Andrea was crucial to launching our first campaign, basically did the whole thing for me and was always quick to respond and help with customization. Even at midnight on a Friday night! That type of service is rare and in my opinion "Priceless"
