Overall it's a decent app. Payouts feature can be improved. It does not offer live chat support but their customer service team responds fast via email.
I have used external applications that I was not happy with. So I did a bit of benchmarking, did some tests and found Goaffpro that do the job perfectly!
I use GOAFFPRO to create affiliate links, manage discounts and commissions, and track affiliate sales. It's user-friendly and the support staff are great.
We just started this app, but it looks great. Anuj was extremely helpful in assisting us to migrate from another affiliate app to Goaffpro. Thanks, Anuj!
Extremely helpful customer service, the app is beautifully crafted. An amazing overall experience. Simply the best Affiliate app for Shopify in the market.
This app is fantastic! We used to work with many affiliate apps in the past, but this one I like the most. It is offering so much also in the free version!
Support team is core aspect of any Tech App & you do this at it's best for sure. Lot of customisation with strong support is long way to go Team GoAffPro!!
