Before I downloaded this app I looked at the negative reviews to see if there was a trend in what people were saying. There was a lot of talk about how the customer service is very bad and not interactive. Also that the service pushes you to increase your plan constantly and doesn't help you with the plan you currently have. Luckily those were only 5 bad reviews while this app has 398 5 star reviews.

When I first downloaded the app I had no idea what I was doing but I instantly was assisted by customer service and they helped me through every single step so fast and I didn't have to lift a finger. So far, the service is excellent and worth a 5 star rating. I am looking forward to seeing if this service increases my online engagement and sales.

This is the most comprehensive and well thought out app for managing your product data feeds for Google - for pro marketers. Support is next level, they go over and above any other support for any other app i have, they have help me set up tracking on Google help to fix any problems i've had, we encountered an urgent issue and they responded very quickly and took care of the problem. Would not hesitate to recommend this.

I used this app to sync my products to the google merchants and it was very clear on how to do that and whatever needed fixing they were there to help quickly and overall I would recommend it to anyone who is doing google shopping and merchants really easy and straight forward.

I would like to give more than 5 stars for this app. The express integration works very well. Fantastic app! Helped me list my products on Google Express and great support from the team. Nice features of app like profiling, configurations, order syncing, threshold inventory, fixed inventory etc. They have a very good white glove service and helped setup along the way with utmost dedication.

This app is the only thing I have found to sync quantities with Google Shopping Actions and Shipstation. It creates shopify orders for all google express orders, provides almost seamless order integration with Shopify and Goggle express store, and syncs tracking numbers and products.

The app is great but the one on one customer support is fabulous!!. I highly recommend it.

We are extremely happy with the product and amazing support. We tried every other product feed app out there and this is by far the best performing. Plus the support team went above and beyond to help us with a specific ask. Top notch.

UPDATE 9/30/19: Dixy has worked with me on the problem and i am going to move rating back to a 5.

Update 9/29/19: The app worked great for the first few weeks and hasnt worked properly for me since. I hope Dixy is looking into the problem. They got back with me over the past week or so but the app still is not working properly. The imports and uploads hang up causing several days of work.

We are new to Google Express and Dixy helped with the integration. Great App and support so far. Great profiling features.

UPDATE July/2019: I have been using this app for awhile now and really love it. Dixy has been very helpful and constantly providing me continuing support and updates and ways to grow our business. I havent had any other company reach out to me daily asking if we are ok but Dixy does. If you want live support then Dixy is your person and this is your company.

p.s. I also use their other apps Walmart, Bonanza and Ebay with very little to no issues. Most issues are on the other side and quickly they dive it to help me with all problems.

Best app, fantastic support! The app has helped us upload all required product information to google merchant and we have received great traffic and sales from it. The app has made most of our products active and the team has also helped us to resolve a lot of products and google merchant related errors. This app is by far the best app we have found for listing products on google free listings, ads and buy on google. The app also helped us remove unnecessary products from google and also helped us to place our new products to google. automatically. With the team's help, we got clicks and sales in a short time. They understand my requirements very well and are highly responsive no matter what time of day it is and help solve all errors. They helped us learn a lot about various google platforms and merchant center details where it became eas8ier for us to navi8gate through various issue and correct the products for better performance. That's something very rare and we are glad we found this app for Google.

I installed the app about a month back and the support was good. While they assist in setup, you can easily feel their nudge towards a paid plan. But thats fine. We hoped to take it anyway. While the support is prompt, may executives are trainees who simply dont understand the issue. But even that can be condoned.
Her are the real issues:
#Even after a month and numerous chats, we havent been able to make the app to work correctly. The app keeps uploading old sold out products to merchant center, and consuming all the credits. Despite several requests, they are unable to fix it. The custom profile we created clearly exclude sold out products yet the app everytime upload products in default profile which you cannot control except by unpublishing products on your shopify store. This completely negates the purpose of custom profiles. And, to add insult to injury, while the app uploads these sold out products, it also consumes all your credits.
They promised to fix it, yet our GMC is filed with old sold-out products that the app repeatedly uploads. This is our first ever negative review, but it is well-deserved. I hope they are able to fix the bugs.

This app provides easy and seamless order integration access across shopify and google express stores. it creates shopify orders for all google express orders and sync tracking numbers and products. It greatly helped me with integrating my Shopify store with Google Express . Shopping Actions is a great platform, a little complicated but CEDCommerce helped me. CEDCommerce and Swati Lohani were always responsive and guided me through each and every step. This helped me to learn a lot about google concepts and the working of the app. They provide excellent support i really admire their dedicated support team available 24hrs where you can simply talk to and ask for any adjustments.

Also, the application is really easy to use and has really nice features.
The app makes the process easier with the Bulk Product Upload feature. It helped me to bulk upload products across different platforms such as Google Merchant Center, Google Shopping, and Google Express
it also helped me to manage my products and inventory and allowed me to synchronize products and prices in real-time.

This is the finest app out there for managing products and orders from Google Shopping marketplace as well as managing Google Shopping ads. The app works flawlessly. Hardly any issues. Even if any little issues arises, it is resolved very quickly. I have had an extremely good experience with this app. The installation was also simple and brief, and the different sections in the app are designed such that it becomes quite easy to understand the workflow of the app.

The app consists of extremely important and well designed features like setting up or custom profiles for sorting products and mapping additional attributes, setting up custom prices for products using the repricer feature, auto uploading newly added Shopify products to Google, controlling inventory by setting fixed or threshold values, there is a very smooth and automatic syncing of price, inventory and product data in very short time, and custom item id can be created as a separate identifier for your products on google.

The team for this app is beyond comparison! Always available and extremely dedicated. They help guide in every area of the app so that one becomes well versed with it. At first, Shopping Actions/ Google Shopping marketplace is not easy to understand, but this team will help you get all information you need to understand these google platforms. They also keep giving regular updates related to Google marketplace and any new modifications made in the app. The support is definitely the best we have experienced.
