Ced Google Shopping Feed & Ads

Service team Swati is very experienced, very patient, and a worthy person. I like her very much! Great app! I was so impressed with how seamlessly everything just flowed and I was done and set up easy. We turned to Shop feed for Google app by CedCommerce and have been using it now. It is hassle-free and keeps our products current in Google Merchant Center. The support from there has been friendly and top-notch. They have answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend CedCommerce.

This app is really useful as it gives you the ability to oversee both google ads and google merchant center on one platform. But the best thing about this app is the customer support. I am currently working with a team and they have been super respectful and super helpful. They are responsive and don't leave issues for you to solve alone. I am still having many difficulties as I am upcoming on the ecommerce world but I am glad to have the support of this app and their team. I would recommend this app to anyone who is new or just need help in general.

Kann diese App wärmstens empfehlen, gerade aufgrund des Supports!
hatte kurzzeitig aufgrund einer Versandkostenänderung alle meine Produkte abgelehnt. habe Google angeschrieben, in der Community nachgefragt etc. bekam wie immer keine direkte Antwort, hier darf man dann gerne mehrere Tage warten und bekommt dann den standard Erklärungslink zugesandt welcher einem auch nicht weiter hilft. Hab dann in der App den Support gefragt über das Chat fenster und habe direkt eine Antwort erhalten (24/7). wirklich Top.
Der Supporter hat dann kurz die Berechtigung für Google merchant bekommen und der Fehler war tatsächlich innerhalb weniger Minuten behoben, unglaublich!
Alle wissen wie wichtig bei sowas schnelle Hilfe ist damit weiter Umsatz gefahren werden kann. Also von mir eine klare Empfehlung und 5/5 Sternen. iebe Grüße

This app is the most defined and well thought of piece of product for managing the google listings of sellers owning a shopify store like me. The app includes every significant detail and has a smooth workflow which can be seen by hitting a few clicks, The app has streamlined our business and makes it so much easier to sync our product details to google merchant in a very short time. This has been the most consistent app that kept all products up to date on our google account without us having to do much manual work. It gives us control over every important part of our google products and orders as well which makes it easier to handle the work which would otherwise have been a very hectic task. The ouput we got was beyond amazing and the effective support team that helped us with all of our issues has been an icing on the cake. Simply the best google app for all shopify stores.

A multi-purpose app capable of handling multiple Google platforms and the team helped setup merchant center too. This app helped me update my product prices, descriptions and every other detail. I have been highly satisfied with Cedcommerce. This app is working great and syncing all data to google merchant center without any errors. The app is surely better than 99.9% other Google apps. You can upload products with single click, it's really easy and fast It has shown to work in first attempt and I will highly recommend Shopify sellers to buy this app and enjoy it to the fullest. Note: This review is based on the free trial tier of this product. As a new Shopify user and store, I installed this app to help me load my products from Shopify to Google Shopping. I chose this app because I like what I saw was available in their non-free tiers, even if I don't think we are ready to upgrade yet; I'm looking to the future and do not want to have to switch apps when I am ready to grow. What I liked about this app was how easy it was to set up and configure. While instructions were clear and available, they weren't really even needed to get going. Very intuitive and easy to use and my products were syncing with Google within 5 minutes of installing the app. What I *loved* about this app was not the app itself. About a week after installing the app, I had forgotten about it. Then I received a message on WhatsApp from someone in their support group along with a screenshot of my dashboard and a message letting me know there was an issue with my products, and asking if I would like some help getting them accepted by Google. I thought, "sure, why not" and so that's what I said, and within minutes, she was able to dig in, figure out what the issue was, and walk me through what I needed to do in my Google Merchant account to correct the issue. She then had me delete my products in Google Merchant and resync them. And then this morning I woke up to a message from her letting me know she checked on my products overnight and they had all been approved. I am just blown away by the level of support I received from this company, which makes me want to take a much closer look at their other products as well.

This app is unique. It was the only google feed app I found that let me change the weights of the products before uploading to google. This is a big advantage. Customer service is terrific.

I used this application to get my online store on google shopping. The Staff (DIXY) here are very responsive and made getting on GOOGLE shopping a breeze. I look forward to working with them to sell our merchandise.
