Tapita AI SEO Optimizer, Speed

Just started using this app after 'losing control' of our previous Shopify theme. Still getting used to it, it is more versatile than the previous one.
Thanks to the rep today who made the SEO Optimizer go very smoothly. Prompt, profession, and patient customer service--bravo!

Excellent App with Outstanding Customer Support

We've had a great experience using the Google SEO Schema Meta Data app for our Shopify store. It's user-friendly and does exactly what it promises—enhances our SEO and helps our products appear more prominently in search results with rich snippets. What truly stood out was the customer service. The support team was incredibly responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. They guided us through every query with care, making the entire process smooth. Highly recommended for both the app’s functionality and the exceptional service behind it!

I installed Tapita tonight after struggling to find a user-friendly, Shopify-ready app to improve my store's SEO footprint. It had good reviews already, so I tried it on the free plan.

The app is easy to use, and I enjoyed it straight away. But then I got into a chat with Liam from the support team, and I have not experienced such top-notch customer service like his for a VERY long time. All companies are trying to shortcut on service and cut corners. Liam went above and beyond to help me audit my Google rankings, Analytics, Images and page load speed. All as a free plan user. Absolutely outstanding.
I will upgrade the plan tomorrow to improve my rankings even more. Now, I have complete trust in this company and product.
Keep up the great work!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with both Liam and Lani at Tapita SEO, and the support they provided was exceptional. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help optimize our site’s SEO. From keyword planning to on-page recommendations, their guidance made a noticeable difference. I truly appreciate their dedication and clear communication throughout the process. Highly recommended for anyone serious about growing their Shopify store through smart SEO strategies!

I had an excellent experience with Tapita SEO Optimizer & Speed. Liam was incredibly helpful and professional, quickly addressing all my critical errors. His attention to detail and on-point solutions made the process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to his expertise, my website's SEO and speed have significantly improved. Highly recommend Tapita and Liam's fantastic support!

Fantastic app, I am always hesitant about giving companies access to my shopify store but tapita really know their stuff!

I am useless when it comes to SEO so I am very happy to have them on my side, the customer service is extremely helpful and kind and I am looking forward to working with them to improve my store!

Amazing customer support! I had literally opened the app in my Shopify admin after going live and started to look around when I got a message pop-up from the support team asking me if I wanted to fix my SEO errors! To my surprise, Liam was on the chat and ready to help with a huge amount of critical errors that were picked up after the first scan. He guided me through the steps needed and set up a bulk update template for me to fix missing meta descriptions as well as missing H1 headers. We went from around 40+ critical errors down to zero in no time. Liam also guided me on where to fix SEO manually in the app, which really helped me find my way around. All that with only having a free account, I am blown away by the level of service! Thanks, Liam and Tapita Team, awesome app and awesome customer service!

Downloaded the app and literally saw an increase in SEO traffic right away for the other store I use this app for, so of course, had to pay to get it for Luxxhaven! Cant wait to start seeing results. Again, reached out for support and got help right away! This is a MUST HAVE!! Liam was ready, willing and able. Thank you!

Tapita has been super helpful for our website. Being able to scan for issues while we built the site and after launching was great. The image optimization is also great, even the free version. And their support is very quick and helpful. They were able to resolve my critical issues and a few "needs improvement" issues is just a few minutes.

We use Tapita to update our SEO Optimizer & Speed, which needed serious improvement. Thanks to Liam, we received the best customer support ever! He guided us through fixing critical theme code issues, and I truly enjoyed learning from him—he’s an excellent teacher. I highly recommend Tapita for anyone needing SEO and speed enhancements. This app is the best, and Liam’s support was outstanding! Thank you, Liam, for helping me improve our website!
