We have had issues with our website for a while but didn't know what was wrong. I did an SEO audit using Tapita, which came up with quite a few errors. I have no clue how to sort out the issues that the Tapita app came across, so I contacted Support as it stated they'll fix the critical errors for free, and we had quite a lot!

I have only positive things to say about the Tapita: SEO & Speed Optimizer app and the customer service. I originally installed the app about a year ago and saw amazing improvements to my page speed and performance scores within 20 minutes of clicking the install button. I then let the app do its thing and basically forgot about it as I got on with running the business. However, last week I updated my website's theme and the speed and performance scores saw a massive reduction. I played around with the settings in the app and couldn't get anywhere, so I contacted customer support and they said they would optimise everything and feedback to me within 24 hours. True to their word, I received an email the next day saying the improvements had been made. I checked for myself and everything is performing perfectly again... what wonderful customer service. I am a week in from transitioning to Tapita as my needs were an all-in-one App service provider for SEO, Core Vitals, etc and they have exceeded expectations. At the beginning was a bit of a learning curve but without fail around the clock their tech team is solid excellence, for advice assisting with areas that require more tech savy skills and the follow-up to make sure everything was aligned to satisfaction as it relates to improvements. Highly recocommend.

Using a product bulk edit tool to fix SEO is much better and consistent. and doesn't revert when you uninstall. i tried the speed option also compared to other SEO tool its terrible.so back to the other one. better stick in general with bulk editing tools rather than SEO tools. overall overrated app.

A Nagative review would have been left regardless of a refund or not, it’s about giving a view and experience, so others will benefit.

i got other seo apps because i like to compare before committing, the errors you are mentioning, those apps offered better details actually about them than yours and how to fix it (there is automate features as well) but i intentionally left them for my own reason.

As mentioned before to you. Some apps offer FREE version where you really can test the real functionality before committing. Yours DOESN’T and therefore you are forced kinda to subscribe to see how it performs and simply wasn't good and it would take a another full paragraph to write them all.

Customer service are amazing on this app. I literally asked for help and within 2 minutes someone was on hand to help fix my SEO errors. Everything was done so quickly and my SEO score went straight up. Thanks for your help guys
