I am confident that this app optimized and boosted my store speed even with the free version. Tech support is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been through a few others but recommend this easy-to-use app.
I worked with Remy later in the evening on 2.12.24 and I had just updated my Shopify theme & needed assistance with fixing a lot of errors that would have taken me about a month to do on my own.
Remy was very pleasant, knowledgeable, quick, and always asked permission & kept me updated on what's going on and the status.
Remy was also very patient with me as of course I was multi-tasking and didn't have my computer volume on and didn't hear the "ding".
I'm on the Advanced Plan & it's well worth the when you get someone of Remy's caliber in chat. I'm always hesitant to add yet another app to my Shopify store but I can tell you, hands down 100% the honest truth that this App is WELL WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY!
Thank you again, Remy for your support tonight, I appreciate it!

i have use them again and they was very helpful
I've been using this application for some time now, initially sticking to the free version. During that period, I encountered a few critical moments where I needed assistance, and without fail, the support service came through admirably. Their responsiveness and helpfulness were consistently impressive.
Recently, I made the decision to upgrade to the paid version, and I must say, the difference is remarkable. The speed of service is nothing short of amazing. Any issues or queries I have are addressed promptly and efficiently, allowing me to focus on utilizing the application to its fullest potential.
Overall, I can't speak highly enough of this application and its support team. Whether you're using the free version or considering upgrading to the paid one, I wholeheartedly recommend it. The combination of excellent functionality and top-notch customer service truly sets it apart from the rest.
Thank you Mary for your help. I would absolutely recommend this app to anyone who actually wants their SEO&speed increased. It easily identifies errors that need work and with the assistance of Mary the mission was a lot easier.
I really recommend this app if you want to boost your website's SEO and speed for real. A lot of other apps promise improvements, but you don't really see or feel the difference. When you check with Google, it's the same story. Be careful because many apps might just want your money without delivering actual results. This app is the best one out there for improving your SEO and making your website faster.
An incredibly beautiful application, the site instantly increased its score. The rest is to find my mistakes and examine them, thank you very much. They definitely deserve 5 points. Also, the technical support team is very polite and I thank them.
It will improve testing scores, but not in the way you think.
The app installs an obfuscated script which recognizes when testing tools like Google Pagespeed and GTmetrix are visiting your website. It then disables features like Javascript only for these testing tools in order to artificially speed up your website in tests. This does not actually increase speed for your users, and it is a VIOLATION of Google ToS.
Expect SEO penalties from Google. *Uninstall this app!*
Hello there,
This is Keenan and I am one of the founders. My deepest apologies for the bad experience that you had.
Our tool removed all of the unused JS or unused variable js and lazyload js libraries via our bundle code, so this is the reason why your mobile version was broken, and we did fix them when reported.
So if we just apply it to Google or the GTmetrix tool, theoretically, your mobile view should be fine instead.
In general, we try our best to show the correct result on Google tool and core web vital , too. But each website is different so there is always a different approach to each of them
I hope we can re-connect and solve this misunderstanding.
Regards,
Keenan
Very easy to use and the customer service rep was extremely helpful. My site speed has increase from 12 seconds to around 5 seconds after enabling the free optimization option.
"I installed Tapita a few days ago, I must say I am not a programmer... Today, I asked for help to improve serious SEO issues. The staff is highly qualified, professional, and friendly. In just 5 minutes, they solved all the issues. It was like taking a taxi. I highly recommend the application and the very efficient and qualified staff, with special thanks to Liam."
