Great experience and help getting set up by Liam! The app seems so cool and easy to navigate. Excited to get going!
great exprience and great customer service. the only thing is when leave the app and go back in it doesnt save your conversation so i would need to start a new convo if that can be fixed that would be great
I was absolutely blown away by the immediate help I received on my store. Not only was I educated, but the assistance on getting my store speed and optimization up to par was A++++. Liam went ABOVE and BEYOND. I have never received any type of immediate help in any other store I have had online in my 12+ years of being in the eComm/Digital space. By far the best service, and the program is absolutely amazing. Great customer support and a great product! Thank you!
As usual, Tapita support team were there to help fix some of my SEO errors. Always great with their help and support. There is no second class customer with them. They genuinely help all their customers the same way. I do not regret to have their Apps install on all my websites.
