Liam was very fast and proactive with my SEO issues, fixing the errors and advising me swiftly and timely. He was very professional and explained what needed to be escalated to a higher team to be fixed. I highly recommend this SEO tool, money well spent.
Very quick response time. Very helpful as I'm not a very tech-savvy person, but the support I received has been really good. Remy has been on point. Within a few minutes, most of my website's critical issues have been sorted. Highly recommend this app as the support team are also very good.
Incredible service from Liam, he was super helpful as I don't have any experience with Seo or Speed. He did it all for me and super fast. Really appreciated the help. Highly recommend Tapita. Thank you again Liam.
I contacted support as I am new to Shopify & Tapita and wanted to improve the optimisation of my photos...they were helpful using screen shots to help me find what I needed to do. The only minor comment I would make is that there is quite a long pause between each conversation. However, the support helped me to achieve what I wanted to achieve. Thank you.
