They were so helpful and patient with me getting them the info they needed to fix my SEO issues. Great service! 5 stars
Thank you!
one of the best apps I have used on shopify and the team is very helpful and quick to respond.
Very Friendly, Very Fast and Very Helpful. I used this service for the first time, and I was walked through step by step how to improve my SEO. Looking forward to my follow-up email once all the changes have been made that will help optimize my site. My first interaction was amazing, we resolved all, but one issue and I was informed I would receive an email once the final issue was resolved. This is amazing customer service, and I truly appreciate my support representative for their time and expertise.
I was stuck with some SEO fixes and Liam in their support team was able to fix the issue quickly and forward on some bigger tasks to the IT team. App is very good, would recommend!
Very fast and efficient customer service, solved all my problems.

Excellent customer service. I was having some SEO issues and these were resolved quickly by Liam. Quick and efficient!
Tapita has been great. I reached out due to a meta title conflict and the team has been extremely helpful and quick to assist. I highly recommend Tapita for your speed and SEO needs!
The team was very helpful in fixing critical issues on my store! Looking forward to doing business with them in the future for sure.
I recently started using this app, and I must say the support team, especially Remy from Tapita Support, has been exceptional. I have never experienced such outstanding service before. Remy helped me fix technical issues in real-time, even though my plan didn't cover that level of support. Despite this, they went above and beyond to assist me with those technical errors. I'm truly impressed with their dedication and highly recommend this app for its excellent customer service!
