Simprosys customer service is amazing. I went from having 95% of my products not approved on Google to having all the changes made and everything approved within a matter of a couple of days. Every question I asked was answered promptly and I feel they went above and beyond what I was expecting them to do. Ashvin was so helpful and is a great asset to the customer service team. I am so happy with this app!!! I gave 5 stars, but would have given 10 if I could!
Extremely useful, great service - even when we removed Simprosys (due to our new ad teams custom connections) the team were more than happy to help to make sure the transition went smoothly.

I mainly use the app to ensure that only my first variant shows on google shopping/merchant centre, but I find it also gives me the confidence that everything is set up properly.
Support has been excellent for troubleshooting.
This app does require some time to configure and we only use it for Google Merchant Centre feed at this stage, but the support team have always been very responsive to any questions relating to the functionality and more importantly providing technical help in relation to Google Merchant Centre feeds, certainly more that the actual Google support team.
During onboarding and dealing w/ multiple accounts and domain issues - the support team was able to quickly engage and setup an XML feed to get over the domain issues. Huge help given our speed to market and deadlines. Impressive customer service all around!

Simprosys Google Shopping Feed is by far the best feed app I’ve used — easy to set up, accurate, and perfectly synced with Google Merchant Center. The support team, especially Sachin Vaghela, is outstanding — always quick, professional, and incredibly helpful. What I love most is that they constantly improve the app and add new features, making it better with every update. Huge thanks to the entire team for their amazing work — truly the best Google feed solution out there!

The app itself is excellent, powerful, and reasonably priced. And the "real gold" here is their support. It's my 2nd store using Simprosys Apps; their support staff are always helpful, resourceful, and able to solve my problem instantly (and sometimes beyond my expectations). Truly recommended.
