GOVX ID Exclusive Discounts

Luckily we found out about GovX ID right before we about to sign on with another company that provided military discounts. There was a long and confusing process to work with this company and it was pricey. GovX ID was super easy to set up and it is also super easy to use! We were up and running in minutes!

Having a full-time discount like this makes my job so much easier and makes our customers happy! Definitely recommend!

Simple review: Super easy to set up, great support and is used frequently by customers. Details: We have always been asked if we have a military or first-responders discount. Our course we always wanted to support these folks so we created a code on our own. However, it was difficult to share and regulate. GovX ID has solved this problem for us. We are super happy with the performance of the app and the support they provide. I definitely recommend installing this for your shop.

We love being able to offer a discount to military, first responders, and teachers, and how easy GovX makes this. We've also had a great experience with GovX support. The only drawback we've encountered is that we use short code in our product descriptions to control the display of our Shopify product pages, and that gets pulled into the GovX product pages in their market place. This is an "us" problem for sure, but want to share in case anyone else would encounter this relatively minor issue.

Very easy to install and amazing customer service. Being a veteran and some veteran employees, this app meant a lot to us to be able to offer our customers. We have shopify plus so there was some coding to be able to use it with our cart. We also have Rebuy. This was no issue at all. I just sent in a ticket and after a few email exchanges they went right in with the access we gave them and fixed it ASAP. It was easy to use and they have a prepopulated page to explain the process for customers so you do not have to write it yourself.

We have had this app installed for a couple of weeks, and it functions very well. Previously, we had been creating discount codes for military/veterans and providing them by word of mouth. There was no way to prevent the codes from being passed along and used by non-military customers. Now that we have the app, we can offer the discount and not have to worry about fraudulent use. As a veteran-owned company, it's important to us to be able to give back to active military and veterans. This app gives us the ability to put the discount out there without worrying about unauthorized use.

I really appreciate our partnership with GovX. Their app is easy to set up and integrates seamlessly with my store. I love the fact that their military and first responder verifications are free. The platform we used previous to GovX had verification tiers that got very expensive at scale and just didn't make sense for us. GovX ID was easy to download and it's easy to use. We've had a number of orders come in with the GovX ID discount. I feel better about it because I know that those orders are verified and no one is abusing the discount, and we also have the consistent ability to reward government and military with a discount they deserve. I've had zero issues with this app - it's only added value to our site!
