Merchants describe this as a time‑saving “game changer” for small and solo teams, handling email/SMS marketing, flows, and campaigns so they can focus elsewhere. Many report strong ROI, better conversions, click‑throughs, and deliverability, plus lower Klaviyo costs. They like the smooth Shopify/Klaviyo integration, clean on‑brand creative, AI‑driven optimization, done‑for‑you campaigns and funnels, intuitive interface, and responsive, collaborative support—often calling it a must‑have marketing extension.

The app offers very extensive options for creating personalized graphics. After extensive testing and very personal and individual advice from the CEO himself, we decided to use the app. The only problem for us as a German store is the lack of an option to translate all texts in some designs. However, this will be implemented shortly. Highly recommended.
Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts, and our team is working on the text issue that you mentioned. Again, really appreciate your feedback!

Fantastic !! Great team
Excellent App and Customer Service!
I’m a new launch and just had a call with John to see a demo of how Grid and Pixel can help my business. John went over and above the call of duty explaining and showing me how it works, and lots of helpful hints. I’m very impressed with Grid and Pixel and can’t wait to get to the point to be able to use their services!
