Quite positive with this app. One app for mostly all functions we need. Basically it helps to decorate my store with more social proof and social interacting features. The most thing i like is the customer support, even the team helped me to modify the html code which a beginner like me not able to do myself.

Really intuitive, with great customer service. Tina has been super fast to respond, really clear in her answers & very helpful. Only draw back is that 'Custom Actions' are only available in the Enterprise plan. I'm not on Shopify Plus, nor do I intend to be. Having no middle-ground service whereby I could get hold of Custom Actions is a little frustrating. Not really a complaint though - more of a small wish for when/if updates happen. The app is fantastic and I'd thoroughly recommend.

After tried so many alternative products, finally, finally, I got what I want and it is not expensive though, with so many features integrated, Tina、Tattu and the development team, helped a lot with my website. There are a few things that need improvement, analytic-wise, the dashboard is not very intuitive and I don't see an A/B testing option available. Overall, this is a fantastic plugin, probably the best out on the market considered its all-in-one integration.

Excellent service from the app team. They are fast to get back to your with your questions and are able to help you make small changes so the app works better for your particular store. Only downside is that you cant add birthdays to customers accounts at the till. The customer has to login on a computer and do this themselves.

Whenever I ran into any technical difficulties, requests to implement changes, and just general advice on making sure we were taking advantage of all their features, Growave was able to go beyond to make sure we're taken care of. With all the third party apps we use, customer service and ability to resolve issues right away is essential to keep everything moving smoothly. Would highly recommend Growave.
