This is hands down the best app experience I’ve had. I use Growave for the wishlist, reviews, and loyalty program. Out of the box, it’s very well designed (and I’m a graphic designer) You can customize many elements with your exact colors on your own or go even further by reaching out to support who are incredibly responsive and kind.

The ease of use and powerful functions crush any other service I have tried.... and there were a lot. The customer support is hands down the best I have ever received from any Shopify application. They were always responsive and extremely happy to help. Most of the time you install an app and it is never quite like you wanted it to be installed. I reached out and within hours every single aspect of the Growave app was fully implemented EXACTLY how I wanted it in my store. I seriously can't explain how impressed I am by both the functionality and team behind this app. 110% recommend!

This app USED to be sooo good... and then they "updated". The integrations are so complicated to use now. You can no longer tag similar products for reviews, just honestly, find another app. These guys messed up big time in their "update".
In search for a simple refer-a-friend function, I made the mistake of installing Growave. This app is absolute bloatware. It will install all sorts of functionality all over your site. Use with caution as every install has the potential to slow down your site and, unless you're using all functionality, that's by definition a bad outcome. Deleting it required removal from the app itself and from Shopify admin.

Growave is a 5-in-1 app for building loyal and trustful relations between shop owners and customer. Nevertheless, according to your marketing strategy and the needs of the shop, the features can be easily enabled or disabled.
Moreover, our Support team works 24/7 to assist you with all your queries. All you need to do is reach out and the team will do their best to meet your expectations.
As for loading speed. I totally understand how important it is for you to optimize your site's speed. However, I would like to kindly note that our platform and all of our products are loaded asynchronously so they don't affect the overall speed of page loading. We use a lazy load for our widgets, buttons, and icons.
Please give us a chance to check if our app affected the site's speed or not. Our dev team will be happy to test the speed with our app and without.
About deleting from Shopify dashboard, please let me kindly inform you that we use Shopify for charging our customers. That's why if you don't delete our app from there, you'll keep on being charged.

Very promising app, though utilizing it is quite ugly. I could only actually get to their website to login via their FAQ's, as there is NO login on their direct site, just "Add App" and "Book Demo", not to mention "Start Trial". A little reduntant. So I wanted to move the rewards tab to a more reasonable spot on my site and it is unable to be moved, and logging into their website (supposedly where you are supposed to fix this issue by removing it completely and switching to a rewards page) you get redirected to shopify each time. Unnecessarily frustrating. Glad I started with just a trial.

We'd like to apologize for the inconvenience you faced because of our app 😞. We greatly appreciate your feedback, it makes our app better from day to day.
Allow us to explain the Log in options. Basically, growave.io is the familiarisation site. Therefore, there is a Start Trial button (which redirects to the Shopify App Market page). After that, it requires you to log in to your Shopify Admin panel (these are the requirements of Shopify itself, all third-party apps should be embedded in the Shopify Admin panel). The main reason for this process is to recognize that you're a Shopify client. You can easily log in to the admin panel directly from the Shopify admin dashboard for a better UX and flow.
As for the Reward tab, it can be easily moved on our end. You only need email to our support@growave.io and mention where exactly you would like it to be moved. We do understand that you are willing to do it by yourself, therefore, we are planning to add this feature to the admin panel in the future.
