Let customers find answers, track orders and fix order issues on their own, before they email you.
HelpDock adds a help widget to your store where customers solve common problems themselves. They search your FAQ, look up an order by number and email, and see status and tracking. Signed-in customers can cancel an order, change the shipping address, request a return or report a damaged item, within rules you set. Everything else arrives as a ticket with topic and order attached. You write every answer, so customers only see what you approved. Analytics show which searches found no answer.
