This is the perfect app to hide free shipping to all customers but your VIP customers who happen to have a tag to offer them free shipping. I use it for my authorized distributors who get free shipping over a certain amount. Amazing customer support too.

This app is great!!! This successfully allows my store to hide Media mail options when people add non media items to their cart. After years of trying to find a solution to that problem, this app finally fixed my issues.
