We have a fantastic experience getting set up with Impact. The integration with our Shopify store was smooth, quick, and required minimal technical effort. What really stood out was the level of support from the Impact team—every question we had was answered promptly, and they guided us through each step with clarity and confidence.
The onboarding process was well-structured, and the platform itself is very intuitive, even for those new to affiliate marketing. Within just a few days, we were up and running with our affiliate program and already seeing results. Highly recommend for any brand looking for a powerful, easy-to-use affiliate solution.
Impact has made our paylay into affiliate marketing very seamless. Its really comprehensive and tracking all our outside publishers. The reporting and features are very extensive, its so many that I feel like we have not touched all features yet. . We use impact throughout the day and I find the customer support team very prompt and helpful with any issues we may have. Our account manager is very active and always ready to lend a hand to support us.

Submitted a request to cancel my account on September 5, 2022. Now September 11, 2022, I still haven't received an update on my account cancellation. Not sure why it takes so long to simply cancel my trial membership. The UI of the app makes no sense, the functions are complicated and do not make sense. I continue to receive random emails.

I signed up with Impact to expand the reach of my company with influencers and set up affiliate programs. I spent a fair amount of time and energy and all we received were fraudulent orders which was a royal timesuck and headache. After a while we lost our mojo to continue moving forward with the platform. I asked them if they would be open to pausing our subscription and reinstating some of our time because of the headaches. They said that is not our policy. Everyone that I have talked with at the company has been very friendly but it has not been a very good experience for us. If you work with them I hope you have better luck.
