I have set everything up but didn't get a reply from them as it's not showing on our product page. On the home page it's showing with a huge errors. Support is bad and charging they will.

You should also be able to find our answers inside the app, click on the "Contact us" widget and check past conversations.
We have also sent you a request to access the store in case you need help. The issue you are seeing is caused by the CSS code your store added to the theme.
