Customer Service has been very responsive to my needs. They are also willing to work with customers to update features when needed. StockBot works for us!
Great app that notifies us when we are low in stock of products so that we have time to re-order without going out of stock! Can't run our business without it.
I downloaded about 10 apps and STOCKBOT was the most accurate. Love that you can customize lead times and forecasting is based on past sales for accurate analysis.

First of all, i tried all apps for forecasting that are below 300€ per month.
This app isnt the most beautiful one, maybe it is in the top 3 of ugly designed apps ive ever used before in shopify. BUT it is exactly doing what it should and im absolute happy with the functions and the price, so im fine with using it even its not a design award winner!

Downloaded to use the Free App as we only have a handful of products and it wont let me choose the free plan - am forced into a paid plan
We are sorry :( A recent release caused this bug. We have fixed this mistake now. Please try the app again. It'll display the Free plan option now. We worked on a weekend to roll out an emergency fix as soon as we were notified of your review. It is the same kind of responsive support you will receive as a customer. It's great- I like the screenshot it provides in the email so I don't have to go into the spreadsheet, which is hard on the eyes.

Inventory Alerts has helped satisfy a really basic need for us — one we were surprised to find didn't come in a standard Shopify account to begin with. The app employs a clear system to input alerts when you're getting low on inventory, or in our case when we finish selling a portion of a good whose cost of goods has decreased, allowing us to note the new COGS on our financial reports. This is incredibly helpful, and wouldn't be possible without Inventory Alerts.
It's also worth mentioning that while we were disappointed Shopify didn't provide this automatically, the value of the app more than exceeds its price. A valuable addition to any webstore.
