Synkro: Inventory Sync

Synkro has become an integral tool in running our growing business. Inventory workflows that would have been impossible to automate are now possible for us across multiple stores. The scenarios were able to execute on now are limitless with this dependable and flexible tool. Their customer support is also excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had been struggling for ages to find a working system for sharing stock and reporting sales between our shop and another shop that we work closely with. Every other product we tried nearly got there but was let down by one thing or another.

Don't be put off by the basic and tricky to use UI... what underlays this is a very sophisticated system that works.

We moved to Synkro a few months back from another app and we LOVE Synkro! We FINALLY found something that does everything we need.

What it does for us: Syncs across multiple Shopify Stores; Syncs across MULTIPLE LOCATIONS within those Shopify Stores; Easily duplicates (clones) products across these stores. Not only that though - it can also clone the metafield information which is amazing! This saves us so much time.

The app support is also first class!

Great app for syncing between shopify stores. We had tried different apps in the past, however this is BY FAR the best one we have used (and will continue to use). Eric is great, and will reply quickly to any question, large or small. There is also a lot of flexibility within the app, which is great. Look forward to continue using for years to come!

I'd really like to appreciate this app for syncing products between my 2 stores of the shopify. And the on-boarding process with the support team is really seamless and easy. The support team is always available to help their customer and on top of that they do the everything from there end, which many of the support guys don't. Synkro makes managing multiple Shopify stores way easier. Real-time syncing for products, inventory, and orders works flawlessly. If you’re running multiple shops, this app saves serious time and headaches.

We've used a couple of different inventory syncing apps in the past and all have had some sort of limitation that made our internal team's process a bit more manual for example not working with locations or not syncing variant level metafields but we are honestly so glad we found Synkro!

Not only does it tick all of the boxes for our requirements but Eric also jumped on a call to help run us through the onboarding and made sure it was all set up perfectly. This was really important as our stores are all live and transacting so a safe transition from our old app to Synkro was something we were originally worried about but it all worked perfectly!

Eric is fantastic, He has helped us with tracking our inventory across our entire store. We buy products in bulk that are sold as with adhesive and without adhesive. So when a product is sold with, it takes the inventory from the "without adhesive" as well so we always know exactly where were at in inventory levels! Great owner, great help. Highly recommend
