Danke für dein Feedback, und es tut mir wirklich leid, dass du diese Erfahrung gemacht hast.

Seitdem haben wir eine komplett neue Version der App veröffentlicht, mit deutlich besserer Performance, höherer Zuverlässigkeit und viel schnellerem Support.

Die Version, die du genutzt hast, war noch vor unserer Übernahme. Leider wurde die App von den vorherigen Besitzern nicht gut gepflegt, weder in Bezug auf Updates noch auf Support.

Heute haben wir ein starkes Engineering- und Support-Team aufgebaut und verbessern das Produkt kontinuierlich.

Wenn du offen dafür bist, würde ich mich freuen, wenn du die neue Version ausprobierst oder uns direkt kontaktierst, damit wir dir helfen können.
