Invoice Hero

Simple, but effective app to send invoices to all your customers automatically. I contacted their support team and Shaba was able to assist promptly with my query. I wanted to get the PDF downloadable from the Shipoify notification and this was achieved. I am very happy with the app.

Hi had a corrupt invoice, The assistant wanted to gain access without trying to tell me the steps to resolve this issue myself. Once I was informed how to do some steps to fix the issue it worked. Thank you but no need to gain access first, before letting us try to solve the issue ourselves first. Thank you again.

I was after an invoicing system where I could create a manual order and invoice. I spoke to Jayakrishnan, and he was able to inform me that I can do this manually via Shopify itself.

Very quick with the answers for the questions that I had.

I would imagine for those that would use this invoicing progrram, they would get very helpful and useful support

We use this app along with 2 other apps from the same developer (Multi Currency Pricing and mCheckout) on our International site to sell seamlessly to multiple countries and maintain set pricing. Yash and the rest of MLVeda's team were incredibly helpful in setting up the apps and supportive throughout the testing process, etc. I highly recommend all of these apps.

I honestly love this app. Shopify's own invoicing system is incredibly poor - this app solves this problem entirely. Not only is the app excellent and the invoices look great (editing is incredibly easy as well), the support is brilliant. Invoice Hero is a great app! This offers the ability for customers to get invoices immediately after they place their order. This way the customers don't have to worry about whether or not their order went through and we don't get emails asking if they did. You can customize your email and signature to say exactly what you want and the response time from Invoice hero is outstanding.

The app is completely free and sends invoices automatically. This is exactly what I was looking for. Had a couple questions to ask and the customer service got back to me very fast with all the answers ! Great app, I highly recommend it ! This is a super awesome APP and it has solved our many needs. The customer service is also top-notch and very personalized. Makes nice looking invoices. Sends the email the way you choose in a simple layout with nice layout options. 2 features id love to see developed is being able to auto send the email to 2 addresses but may be a limit with Shopify. As well as being able to have the discount listed in its own column instead of underneath each price. Customer support answered my messages almost instantly and was super helpful.

24/01/2023 - Updated review to 3 stars. The app is constantly having outages or backed up and cant process your invoice. This means you sometimes have to wait until the next day to send an invoice and this can get missed resulting in unhappy customers. Every time i've contacted support the response is wait until later and re-send. Which is fine a couple times, but after months of not fixing the underlying issue i would no longer recommend using unless you are only using casually or want the invoice automatically sent to all customers.
