This is one of the best APPs in the app store. The team is great and they helped us write up a solution we didn't think would be possible without $$$$ of custom code. We were able to integrate with our preferred LTL carrier and save money at the same time from the two APPs we were having to use before. So a better solution for us, customized, for less money than we were at before. That is great!
Thank you for your fantastic review—we're thrilled our app and team could provide a customized, cost-effective solution that meets your needs!
I’ve been using JS Rates for our shipping rate calculations at Reid Cycles, and it has been a game-changer. The setup process was smooth, thanks to their excellent support team, particularly Behailu. He was responsive, resolving issues promptly and even going the extra mile to implement specific features tailored to our needs. The app handles complex shipping scenarios effortlessly, ensuring accurate rates based on various factors like cubic weight, base rate, and specific surcharges. This has significantly streamlined our operations and improved customer satisfaction by providing precise shipping costs at checkout. Highly recommend JS Rates for any business needing a robust shipping rate solution.

The great thing with JsRates is that you can create pretty much any logic you want for your shipping calculations and make them to fit your business. We were also able to build a shipping table/preview on the storefront based on the same logic. The service was absolutely great and the developer helped us get started very fast.

I feel so fortunate to have found this app. I have very complicated shipping rules but this app can do everything I need it to do and it wasn't hard to set up. I couldn't find any other app that can do this. The support is also fantastic. Highly highly recommended.
