If I could give Judge.me Email six stars, I would. It’s exactly what I’ve been waiting for: customer communications built around a genuine, up-to-date understanding of each customer’s journey.

I’m excited to see even more Shopify integrations—loyalty points, account credits, and beyond—so messaging can become even more direct, relevant, and personalised. If I can create a customer segment, I can now communicate with it meaningfully.

But what stands out most is the team. They listen, involve me in the product’s evolution, and make me feel like a true partner. Rather than forcing my needs into the limits of a system, we’re working toward a platform shaped around what effective customer communication should actually look like.

Very attentive support and a helpful team, the ability to edit workflows using AI is extremely useful and makes the work much easier
