I installed the app on advice as we use Kedra Shield however was still getting abandoned checkouts.
I'm struggling to figure out how to stop abandoned checkouts and customers being created when the email is a random string of letters and numbers before @gmail.com, it's not the easiest app to set up.
The checkout rules only work in test mode and fail to apply when the store is live, making the app unusable for real transactions. I tried contacting support both via info@kedra.io and through the Get Support option in the app, but received no response. While the setup looks promising, it’s misleading to advertise functionality that doesn’t carry over to active mode. Wasted time configuring rules that never actually enforced during checkout.
It is simple and complete. I use this application to manage rules prior to payment processing and it covers all my configuration needs. With this application I solved the problem of distinguishing the payment methods according to the discounts applied. Thanks for all!
Trying this app out - It did not translate my rules to my website as intended. I had to upload it a couple of times - it seems to be working now though.
Lets me setup simple rules that I need for my store!
