I just want to highlight the amazing customer support. Miriam is incredibly responsive and always ready to guide you through any questions or issues. She goes above and beyond to ensure you get the most out of the app. Every customer support team could learn a thing or two from her.

We started using the Kimonix app in April 2024. Their support team has been very helpful with app setup. We have had various onboarding sessions, our full team attended at first to make sure everyone's preferences for sorting were addressed and to create our first template. After implementing the template on 30 collections, our one on one sessions with our account manager have helped tremendously—by answering questions that came up and with continuous education on more advanced features. We have been very happy with the results so far, we are seeing some products experience renewed activity, and we love that out of stock products are being pushed down and then moved back up automatically when they come back in stock.

This is the first time I've seen such an intuitive and fantastic app. The product, Sorting, will be a powerful tool for businesses handling multiple product SKUs. It not only perfects functionality but also greatly enhances the efficiency of marketers' time through automation.

Category & Collection Sorting from Kimonix makes it super easy to apply automated sorting logic to collections and keep pages fresh.

Using different lookback windows alongside various filters, sorting parameters and segments gives a high level of control over what is shown, plus Kimonix allows for individually pinning products to certain positions, allowing for a best-of-both-worlds approach.

I have been having issues with other apps working properly so i gave Kimonix a shot. I sent a message and did a zoom call with Daniel who was great, helped me setup my homepage and main catalog to sort by key words in tags. The app can do much more, looking forward to learning it but this was what i needed for now Thanks again for creating a well designed app.
