i used the Upload Document button.
Its not working when people want to buy 2+ products because they only can upload 1 document.
I needed to make simple color swatches for one product that has many variants.
I wanted the variants to have only color and circle - I didn't know how to deal with that, so I contacted support and they gave me advice in about five minutes and it was resolved.
Fast communication and functions exactly according to my needs. I am extremely satisfied :-)

I've recently started using King Product Options & Variant and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed. The app itself is highly functional and intuitive, making it a breeze to add custom options to my product pages.

We are using a Pro theme which the other app "Globo" didn't support and didn't want to help us with, but this King app works perfectly AND their service is great. They even built in a custom feature that we asked to be able to force all-caps typing in the fields within a few hours of asking. Thank you King!
