King Product Options, Variants

King Product Options App has been an excellent solution for managing complex product customization in our Shopify store. The app supports a wide range of option types, including text fields, dropdowns, checkboxes. Setup was straightforward, and the options display cleanly on the product page. Performance has been stable, with no noticeable impact on page speed. It integrates smoothly with our theme and correctly passes all selected options to the cart and order details. Overall, it’s a reliable and powerful app for stores offering personalized products.

Great functions

I am pretty sure the app is leaking customer data as for a variant field app there should be no requirement of order data and customer details. Our customers got a scam call impersonating our store on the order having the product we used this app for. This is pure data breach and should be removed asap.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service was awful, unhelpful, and rude. After being very clear over email with what the problem they continued to tell me there was no issue and be dismissive. Multiple attempts to explain the issue and to pose our questions in various ways resulted in the same unhelpful, circular responses. Never answered any of my questions. It is well worth the money to go with ANY OTHER APP.

Can't get it to work. None of the tutorial videos on youtube have any sound so I was trying to follow by just watching what they were doing on the screen. I followed the instructions and on the backend it shows what it is supposed to look like ... but it doesn't do it on the front end. The only thing that works is that it added "Powered By Ymq App" to the page which was hardly the point.

I'm reaching out to their dev support so we'll see how that goes.

I wanted to have the option to have multiple variant options but have it pull from the same inventory. I wasn’t able to do this on Shopify alone, but this app made it possible! Very easy to use and fast customer service.

it's ok, but I am trying to submit a help request through the contact form on the app, but it just keep thinking and will not send.

The king variant App seems to affect how my other variants display.
The products that use King variant app variant for chain length, the colour will only appear as a drop down. but for all my products that don't have a variant using this app, they appear as buttons, which is how I want them all to appear. Hoping this can be fixed. Writing here as I have been waiting for 30 minutes to submit a contact us request through the app, but ti won't go through.

UI can be a bit difficult to figure out initially but once you get the hang of it, this app is incredible value with many functionalities available for free!

The app is very easy to set up, and it only takes a few minutes to learn the basics of how to use the app. I had a special need, so I asked the support team, and they recorded a video to guide me through it, which was cool.

Great free app! A bit fiddly to use, and not really intuitive, which is why I didn't give it five stars.

But the customer service answers right away, is friendly, and if there's an issue will often just fix the issue for you instead of giving you a book on how to do it yourself like most of these apps do. Which I really appreciate!

I sell signed books and couldn't do it (without a lot of hassle) if I didn't have this app. Thanks!
