Just installed and setup quickly. had a few issues on my part but after Palak jumped onto a chat with me and basically setup the app for me, took all the issues away, this will be a great addition to my business, thank you so much Palak, much appreciated.
Just started using Kite, but so far it's been great! Love the look, the progress bars, and that I can customize where I want each sale to appear on the site.
Installed the app, all working well, had a small issue where the check out button was displaced in our cart drawer, Tanu helped us to fix the issue very quickly, much appreciated.
We're long-time Skai Lama customers and use several of their apps. Kite is one we rely on heavily for our free gift with purchase promotions. The app handles automatic cart additions cleanly and gives us solid control over discount rules and conditions.
We recently ran into an issue where a free gift campaign had stopped triggering automatically. Janet from their support team was quick to respond, diagnosed the problem right away. The gift product had gone out of sync after an inventory change, and she had us fixed in minutes with a simple re-add of the product. She also explained what had happened and what to watch for in the future, which was genuinely helpful.
Highly recommend Kite and the whole Skai Lama suite.
App works as it should so far and quick response from contacting them with a question.
