After using every major gang sheet builder out there, I can say with absolute confidence that Kixxl is the best option on the market. The platform is fast, reliable, and packed with features that keep improving thanks to constant updates. What really sets it apart is the support team. James has been available every time I’ve had a question, and the entire staff makes communication easy and professional. They listen to feedback and actually implement changes that make the app even better. I’ve already switched all of my sites over to Kixxl because nothing else compares.
Thank you for switching all your sites over and for the trust that comes with that.
James will be thrilled to see this.
We take feedback from print shop owners seriously because you're the ones who know what a Gang Sheet builder actually needs to do — the constant updates you mentioned come directly from reviews like yours.
Absolutely topnotch support and very responsive to help requests. They actually helped me well after normal business hours and when ,most normal people would be sleeping.. They went far beyond what would/should be reasonably be expected… I am just starting with the product right now but I love how feature rich it is and I am excited for giving my customers the ability to do have the features. A win win as it takes a huge burden off my plate and -it’s control in my customers… I was really on the fence over a couple different options and feel I made the right choice with kixxl!11
Thank you — and welcome to Kixxl!
The team genuinely cares about getting print shops set up right, even outside normal hours. Glad you feel good about choosing us, and excited for you to roll out the customer-facing Gang Sheet builder.
The "burden off your plate, control in your customers' hands" framing is exactly the win this product is built around.
It provides our customers with a fast, easy-to-use, and reliable ordering experience. From seamless design uploads to accurate previews, Kixxl helps ensure every order is smooth and error-free. In addition, our customer service team responds quickly and delivers immediate solutions whenever a question or issue arises, making the entire process stress-free for our clients.
Update 2026:
After using the platform for nearly a year, I felt it was important to update my original review. Unfortunately, in recent months I started experiencing recurring issues with order uploads, which significantly affected my business operations. Initially, support suggested that the problems were on my side, but later acknowledged that the issues were actually related to their own servers and infrastructure.
While the support team remained responsive, I often found myself repeatedly contacting support and waiting for updates before being able to continue processing orders. These delays impacted my ability to serve customers on time, and unfortunately I lost several clients as a result of missed deadlines.
My experience during the first months was positive, which makes this situation especially disappointing. I sincerely hope the platform can improve its stability and server reliability in the future, as it has strong potential when everything is working properly.
Hi, thank you for sticking with us through this and for the detailed update — it means a lot, especially given what it cost your business.
We're sorry. Losing clients because of delays on our end is a serious problem, not a minor inconvenience, and we understand why the back-and-forth with support before the root cause was identified made it worse.
We'd like to make this right if we can. Please reach out to us directly — we'll review your case specifically, confirm what happened on our infrastructure side, and let you know what's changed. If it makes sense, we'd also like to talk about how we can make up for the impact this had on your business.
Thank you for the honesty here, and for the first year that clearly worked well. We'd like the chance to earn that back.

This software is a vital tool that keeps improving with every update, consistently integrating new features driven by suggestions from the Kixxl user community. What truly sets Kixxl apart is its unparalleled customer support. We've yet to find another company in any industry that matches the level of care and responsiveness the Kixxl team provides. Their support has been instrumental in helping us navigate challenges and maximize the software’s potential.
If you're looking to grow your DTF printing business, Kixxl is a must-have. It’s reliable, innovative, and backed by a team that genuinely cares about your success. Get Kixxl—you won’t regret it!
Thank you for this and for being part of the Kixxl user community whose suggestions actually shape the roadmap.
Helping DTF print shops grow with a Gang Sheet builder that keeps evolving is exactly what we set out to do.
Grateful to have you on board, and our support team will love seeing this.
Absolutely love having this added to my website. This has cute my setup time in half if not more. I was spending 5-6 hours a day sorting emails and Canva sheets then setting up prints for each customer. Now they do all the work in their side and know they are getting exactly what they need. I just download and print. This has seriously freed up so much time that I can use to focus on my own production and quality control.
Thank you for sharing the before-and-after! Going from 5–6 hours of sorting emails and Canva files to just downloading print-ready Gang Sheets is exactly the shift Kixxl is built to deliver.
Glad you're getting that time back for production and quality control — that's where it should be going.
This is the best DTF application in the market right now! Customer service is awesome! They are very interested in your questions and trying their best to help you. I am very happy that I found this app.
Update – June 2026:
After using this app for over a year, I wanted to share an update to my original review. Unfortunately, during the last few months, I started experiencing frequent rendering errors that began affecting my workflow and causing delays in my projects. Despite my positive experience in the beginning and the efforts of the support team, these ongoing issues became difficult to manage. Because of this, I was sadly forced to switch to another builder. I genuinely hope these problems are resolved in the future, as I would love to see the app return to the level of reliability it once had.
Hi, and thank you for the honest update — and for over a year with us before things went sideways.
We're genuinely sorry the rendering issues caused delays in your projects and pushed you to switch. That's a real problem, and losing a customer who was with us from the start over reliability, not features or price, is exactly the outcome we want to avoid.
We'd like to understand what specifically went wrong on your setup. If you're willing, please reach out to us directly with any details, timestamps, or screenshots you still have — we'll investigate and let you know what we find. If we can fix it, we'd love the chance to earn you back.
Thank you for giving us a fair shot for as long as you did.
The customer support is AMAZING!!!! My customers love the builder and say it is easy to use. Getting my artwork to print is as easy as click on a button. You can pick different formats to get you downloads. Customers have multiple options for the type of artwork they can upload. I can't say enough great things about this company. They do exactly what they say!! I would give it 10 Stars if I could. AMAZING!
Thank you so much! When your customers find the Gang Sheet builder easy to use and you can get to print-ready files with a click, that's the whole workflow doing its job.
Glad the multiple upload options and export formats are working for your shop — and our team will love seeing this 10-star shoutout.
Not only does this app make it easier for my customers to make and edit their gangsheets but the team involved with developing it care about their customers and regularly update based on our feedback. Great functionality and ease of use easily gets this app a 5 star rating.
Thank you so much!
Making the Gang Sheet building experience easier for your customers is the win we care about most — when their side of the workflow gets smoother, your shop runs better.
We'll keep shipping updates based on feedback from print shops like yours.
Game changer! Absolutely love what this app has done for my business. My favorite aspect is the singles builder, the speed that the app builds the gangs sheets is amazing and it easily frees up 40-60 labor hours a week. I was nervous about the initial setup and how hard it would be to map all of our products but It is so incredibly easy and fast and the in app chat feature with support is top notch. Kixxl quickly pays for itself and we no longer worry about throwing an extra sale or promotion because of the time we save. A must have tool!
40–60 hours a week back in your business is a huge result — thank you for sharing the actual numbers.
The Singles Builder was designed exactly for this: turning what used to be tedious manual prep into automatic Gang Sheet generation.
Glad the product mapping was painless and that the in-app chat support has been there when you need it.
I was just taking orders by having art sent in by WeTransfer. Since starting using Kixxl, my customers have given incredible feedback how much they prefer it. The rolling canvas with auto nesting saves them so much time and encourages them to keep coming back. They really appreciate that it operates like their familiar desktop software with shortcuts etc.
Going from WeTransfer chaos to a proper Gang Sheet builder is the upgrade we love hearing about.
The rolling canvas with auto nesting and desktop-style shortcuts were designed specifically so power users feel at home — glad your customers are noticing and coming back.
That repeat-order signal is the real measure of a good builder.
