Merchants describe this as a lightweight but powerful way to manage store credit and cashback instead of complex points programs. Many report higher sales and loyalty, and use it for promotions like BFCM, reviews, and targeted campaigns. Setup is quick, integration with Shopify/Flow and email notifications is smooth, and flexible flows cover online and POS. Merchants repeatedly praise fast, proactive support and value that it’s free.

The special credit for designated products can only be selected product by product. We would like to be able to select multiple products at once.
Working smoothly, but I am not getting the option to pay using store credit at checkout. I turned on the toggle for "Store credit" in Customer Account settings, but still facing the same issue. Please let me know if there is any solution.
Great app, runs smooth. We've seem noticeable increase in sales due to the cashback program. Great job!
I've been using Koin for about a month after finding out they use store credit to offer cashback or rewards.
I immediately started working with their team on features my store needed, such as generating cashback after order fulfillment instead of at purchase to account for product swaps or order edits, and making cashback available for POS store clients.
They have a great team that listens and collaborates on solutions for the store. I'm excited to continue working with Koin to promote customer loyalty.
great app!
Amazing app, great features that cost lots of money on other apps
Helpful team and fans love it
Very easy to setup, It took me less than 10 minutes to have all critical features online.
It has been very easy to implement, customize and activate Koin's Store Credit. Thank you.
App de crédito potente e eficiente para cashback. Simples de configurar e intuitivo. Tem integração com os emails da shopify e é possível notificar o cliente que o crédito vai expirar, fora diversas outras possibilidades como cashback para reviews.
