Good Support Staff. All issues resolved easily. We have been using the app for sometime now. Its easy to install and has all the features you would need to run COD business. YOu can set Shipping Charges and choose what Oincodes you want to give COD.

I have been using this app for almost a month now and I can vouch that this is one of the best app for this purpose. After the initial hiccups in installing and activating this, wherein the Team was very supportive, esp. Nikita who made sure that the process goes smoothly. This app has been very helpful in reducing fake orders and cart abandonment.

GoKwik PPCOD has been a gamechanger for us, The checkout page really helps reduce RTOs and COD-related losses, making the whole process more efficient and cost-effective. We are not using the app due to an internal decision to offer multiple payment gateways but giving 5 stars as the functionality of the checkout itself seemed good and the problems in uninstalling the app were promptly resolved by the support team despite them not being sure of the possibility of future business. Will be open to using this or any other service from GoKwik in the future as well.

I've been using Kwik COD & Checkout, and it's an excellent app for setting additional charges on COD orders. It allows us to apply different conditional COD fees based on order value or specific collection names, making our checkout process more flexible and efficient. The support team is also very helpful.
