This was such a great experience! For the first time ever, when using a chat function, I was able to get everything I needed help with. I have used plenty of review apps over the years, this one is by far the most user friendly, easiest and extremely flexible to use.
Support was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and coming up with a solution. The other apps I've contacted with my needs have been unable to help, so it was awesome to hear that LAI could work with me to make their app display how we needed.
So far so good - this app looks very promising. Had a little issue with importing the existing reviews but support were very quick to guide me and we got it sorted. Thank you very much Hillary!
