Great app and great support...they helped me on every aspect of my site...
I am using this app to translate my store into various European languages. Langify makes the process of importing and exporting translations really straightforward. I have needed help in getting the app set up and Langify support has been really fantastic in answering my questions. Highly recommended.
Overall the app is super intuitive and well structured - fantastic. Further, since I have absolutely zero coding skills I had troubles to install the switcher, customer service was absolutely outstanding: Wrote them on Friday evening like 8 pm, response 8.20pm and we helped me to do some adjustments until 11 pm. Super professional and serious company can only highly recommend if you take your business seriously.
Love this app! I know zero programming language and found this app very easy to use, making translating our site a breeze. I contacted Johannes twice for help and both times the response was quick and painless. Johannes even placed the language switcher code directly into our Shopify site for us and it turned out exactly as I had hoped! Everything works perfectly and having our own translations looks way more professional than relying on Google Translate for French-speaking visitors. Langify is well worth the $10/month. We had a small hiccup because of how our theme was coded. Langify took care of it fast and rewrote the code. Customer service is really top notch!

I purchased the app and added three languages, but despite this, the automatic translation does not start. There is no visible button to initiate the translation, and even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the issue persists. I have paid for the service, yet it is not functioning as expected. Very disappointed with this experience—it feels like a waste of money.
