Unfortunately I had to change my 5 stars rating to one, because for the last week the app is completely useless as it will not translate more that a few products at a time and in just one language when using Open AI. The development team repeatedly and falsely claimed to have found a fix. The issue persists and now I am in search of a suitable replacement app. After several years of using Langshop I am very sorry to say that I am deeply disappointed by their handling of this issue.

The number of glossary rules is too low for the most plans. You have to pay $500 a month to get unlimited

We’ve been using LangShop for a few weeks now and it has been a great experience so far. The app is very user-friendly and easy to work with, which made the transition smooth from the start.
What we like the most is that LangShop works together with Shopify Translate & Adapt, something not many apps support. This makes managing translations much more flexible and efficient. The translation quality is very good, and we personally use the OpenAI integration, which was incredibly easy to connect and saves a lot of time.
The onboarding process was also excellent. Sofiya provided clear explanations, guided us through everything step by step, and made sure there was enough room to ask questions. Whenever we have questions, support is easy to reach and very helpful.
Overall, we are very satisfied and will definitely continue using this app. After a long search, it’s great to finally have a translation app that truly works well. we’re very happy to have found this one.
