Great team behind this app - I have had trouble finding one that does exactly what i need and automates as much as possible. I reached out to the team with my needs and within 2-3 days they had everything i needed complete and fully working. I tried all of the other apps and none are as good as this.. If you think it doesnt hit your needs i strongly recommend you reach out to the team. Big shout out to Timo who is very fast at replying and went above and beyond to get me setup!

Outstanding customer service! We've been using this app for a little over a year now, with a few kinks along the way, but whenever we need anything at all, Timo is very responsive and quick to help. I am using this app to import eBay items into Shopify. I like that this app imports the product weight from eBay. I like that your eBay store category is imported as a tag on the product in Shopify. This sets it up nicely to make collections, which is very helpful when importing many items. I like that on import the product can be put live in the store. Timo is great with answering any questions you have. I like that this app does not limit you on product imports.

What the app is supposed to do and the possibility to have the developer(s) customize the app for my specific needs sounds awesome. Having tens of thousands of of SKUs and not being able to confidently sync inventory without dealing with overselling among other issues is just not a headache I want to deal with. It's possible that they will fix these issues in the future, but at this time it's simply unusable as it doesn't do what it advertises it does.

Support did help at the beginning then they stopped replying.
The app is littered with bugs, it will deduct more than that has sold which can cause over selling in either marketplace.
Often it would not update at all so this had to be manually done.
There is a lot better out there for a similar price.

Update: I had an issue syncing my large catalogue (500+ SKUs) and the development team took care of it, writing a piece of code to do it automatically.
They made sure everything was working for me, free of charge. Saved me HOURS AND HOURS of doing in manually.
Definitely a hard recommend on this app.

I had a flawless experience with this app.
I had thousands of listings to upload to eBay, each with multiple variants.
While other apps where struggling with this for one reason or another here I was able to upload everything in about 10 mouse clicks and few hours of waiting.
Process was very pleasant and simple, all menus self explanatory.
Tags and categories from Shopify did not upload, this was easy fix for me, but keep this in mind in case it might be difficult to sort your products by name. App allows adding one category to the listings but I did not test it myself.
Some of my listing names were cut short due to eBay character limit. This is eBay limitation, I am mentioning this just because app did not break even when my titles were unsuitable for eBay, it is a good thing.
All of it for a very cheap and clearly communicated price. It was refreshing to see after experiences with other apps that try to nickel and dime everything they can possibly think of in most obscure ways possible.
I only tested exporting listings to eBay so far, but all other options functions are looking just as attractive. Huge thanks to development team!
Customer service is great but unfortunately I have had so many problems with the products listed on eBay that I asked for all products to be removed. After that, because of the way they removed the products I have been temporarily suspended from trading on eBay. I would try to find another app.

However, in our experience, the temporary suspension of your eBay account is not related to our app. As a rule, such a block is the result of important account information being missing or outstanding processes. Very good app, so easy to sync our collections to ebay from Shopify. Had a glitch but was resolved instantly via support (Timo). I wanted an app that allowed me to control all orders from Shopify and did that perfectly. Also had 2 orders instantly.
Highly recommend! Great communication.
